Kleopatra Ramira Hotel

I thought I would recommend it in the beginning. However, it was terrible in the end. We checked out at 1 a.m., so we had asked for lunchbox as we were skipping breakfast. The lady wrote it down and assured us she had had it under control. However, when we were leaving at night, there were no lunch boxes for us. They said something like "Oh, that's my colleague's mistake, there will be no food, that's it". Imagine that: you had your dinner at 7 p.m and then you're starving till 10 a.m. airplane breakfast. We were up all night and obviously we were hungry. As for the hotel, the advantages are food and rooms (very cozy). However, there are disadvantages: 1) Reception. Mentioned it earlier 2) Cleaning. It was very basic & they didn't change our bed even once (we've stayed there for a week) 3) Cats. Cats are used to being fed by guests during the meals, so they are everywhere. They jump on to the chairs right next to you, they walk on the tables, they're basically trying to jump into your plate.

We liked the overall feeling from the hotel and the stay itself. The staff was exceptionally well behaved, always doing the extra mile. The hotel was comfortable and clean, overall experience was really great, especially given the price. The food could have been better, but what can you expect for a stay that charges 600 eur for 2 people for 7 nights? Alcohol and non alcoholic drinks were awesome, there was a tap beer available from 10 am to 12 am as well as entire pool bar with a range of various drinks included in all inclusive. The food could've been better but given the price it was awesome. Do not expect full range of second meals, there were always about 4 to choose from and the taste was not the best, but they were offering full range of various vegetable salads and a lot of fruits and desserts which saved the situation – in summer I tend to eat more healthy food. The air conditioning was badly mounted on the wall resulting in constant flow of cold air on us during the night and when we tried to lower the temperature, it was the same, as well as when we tried to lower the air flow.

Very kid-friendly hotel. It's rather quiet. There are 3 pools, the smallest one is for babies. There is no special food for babies inside the hotel, but there is very good shop for children up to 6 years nearby, less than 5 minutes walk. The only disadvantage is rather long distance to the beach, slightly more than 1 km. There are shuttle buses between the hotel and the beach, but we did not use them, since the schedule was not suitable for our children.

I stayed in this hotel for 9 nights with my family. The whole stay was impressive. The "all-inclusive" service offered a great variety of tasty food within the day, free shuttle bus to its own beach 3 times in the morning and 3 times in the afternoon. Moreover, the hotel is in a walking distance (ca. 15 min) from the beach. Furthermore, the hotel has extremely reasonable prices for what it offers! The staff there is extremely attentive to every person and his/her needs. They speak multiple languages and are always ready to listen to the visitors to make their stays better. A great hotel with reasonable price. Rooms are clean and comfortable with modern furniture. They have everything you can possible need, including TV, small refrigerator, kettle, some utensils, AC, nice bathroom, hair dryer, two writing desks and balcony. They clean rooms on a daily basis and do it quite thoroughly. The meals are very delicious and they offer a great variety of dishes. We had all kinds of meat, mussels and shrimps. There was also a great assortment of fruits, vegetables and sweet things. The hotel has two swimming pools, one of them with a decent water slide. It also has its own beach, however it is a 15-minute walk away. Although there is a free bus (shuttle), which goes to the beach and back several times a day. There is also an evening entertainment (music and shows) 2-3 times a week. People at the reception (Zeynep, Berkay and other staff members) are very nice, polite and helpful. The same can be said about restaurant staff - Mehmet is not just a great cook but also pleasent, communicative person. We have spent a month and a half there, and if we come to Alanya again we will stay there again.
